The hotel was stunningly beautiful and placed in a functional-style building. the staff was great and pleasant, providing information. - It was in the center of Cozumel with Plaza Central nearby.

i had a good stay and would definitely come back there! the hotel was gorgeous, i enjoyed new-fashioned rooms and amicable staff. the room with fridge. the service was nice, just like i expected.

The room was a nice size, had huge own bathroom. We had a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Its location was UNBEATABLE, so close to the most things, the main points of the city, and ferry.

My stay at Carlota Guest House was amazing! The house and my room were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host, Leydi, was incredibly responsive and quickly resolved any issues. The strong wifi was a bonus. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Had such a great stay at this guesthouse. Leydi was super helpful and organised someone to meet me for check in. the room has everything you need - a balcony, a nice bathroom, and a reasonably sized bedroom with access to a small kitchenette. Leydi offered lots of great recommendations of places to eat and where to visit around the island. She even organised for a scooter to be dropped off at the guesthouse, making my short trip a breeze!

The location of the guesthouse was perfect, just a short walk from the main road and the center of town. This made it convenient to explore and try out different restaurants and shops. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for activities and even arranged scooter rental for us, which made getting around the island a breeze. the service was fantastic and really added to our experience.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of security in our room. There was a second door with small windows that opened to a pathway used by other guests to park their motorbikes.
